Location: Nantong, China

Job Responsibilities
1. Translate Momentive Silicones Global Technology to NT Plant by going through NPI process.
2. Raw material of on –site management, monthly stock taking.
3. Conduct root cause analysis for EHS incident and quality issue.
4. Online support to keep stable production with good quality.
5. Process/SOP/formulation development to reduce cycle time, and increase capacity.
6. Process & QC tracking.
7. Communicate with global Engineering team to improve technical process.
8. Cooperate with supplier for raw material selection.
9. Set production schedule in support of business and ensure the production goal can be realized on time.
10. Responsible for operation safety and environmental protection.
11. Process study of NPI under commercialization.

Minimum Qualifications
1. 3+ years working experience, preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, etc. with excellent academic record.
2. Demonstrated leadership potential, Solid analytical & problem solving ability, Strong communication & interpersonal skills, High team work spirit.
3. Flexible/Adaptable/Mobile
