1. Provide technical expertise for the qualification and approval of potential new food vendors and facilities.
2. Ensure Appropriate food safety assessments have been conducted and documented for all manufacturing, packaging and assembly food facilities.
3. Maintain accurate and current status of all vendor information in the vendor database and other information systems.
4. Evaluate and approve FSQA portion of product specifications and perform positive release function when needed.

1. B.S.degree in Food Science, or related scientific discipline with 3-5 years experience or M.S. in Food science or related scientific discipline with minimum 1 year experience
2. Eligible to work in the assigned region without sponsorship
3. Travel to US and ssigned geographical regions
4. Working knowledge of Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) standards and certified audits
5. Work experience with an organization headquartered in the U.S. with strong food safety quality assurance programs
6. Multi-Lingual capability in languages within assigned geographical region
7. Experience working across national borders with team members from different backgrounds
8. Food market knowledge of assigned geographic areas
