-For our I&C Sector in Beijing, we are looking for a Service Engineer.
What are my responsibilities?
Goals/Mission:
-Service testing, trouble shooting, assembly and documentation for the Rolling Stock group, perform project after sales service within the time, budget and quality frame on regular projects. Create preliminary report with technical and constructional analysis; hand over relevant documentation to after-sales service team.
-Dimensions: - Adherence to deadlines, results, quality
-Working Partners/Contacts: - External customer contact. Internal personal contact.
Tasks:
-Technical problem analysis (trouble shooting), including material management.
-Customer oriented service management.
-Occupational safety, health and environmental protection on site
-Collects and distributes technical experiences
-Contributes to product design
-Project management (B and sub-projects)
-Internationalization (drives products, processes, employees.)
-Performs maintenance design
-Operational interface to operating company (partnership)
-Implements standardization /process Knowledge/Languages: - Rolling stock knowledge - Railway traction system and signal system - Simulation tools and data analyze - Test, Assemble, and construction
-Conflict management
-Moderation skills
What do I need to qualify for this job?
English - Local Language
Experience:
-Initial experience in system testing, technical service desirable, site planning and organization
-3 years project commissioning/after sales service experience at site, 1-2 years involved in a large project.
-International experience desirable
Education:
-Degree: University, major in electrical/mechanical Language: - English
