工作职责：

1、负责服务台管理及技术部门事件流程整体管理；

2、通过服务台统一调控事件管理绩效；

3、对事件数据进行分析，并展示报告；

4、基于服务质量优化目的，调整事件管理流程；

5、制定、部署、控制和调整年度计划，并对日常工作项目进行监控和优化；

6、为下属设计和更新绩效考核指标；

7、知识管理及主管培养，及跨团队沟通协作。

职位要求：

1、5年以上IT服务流程管理经验，其中服务台管理经验不少于2年；

2、至少2年15人以上的团队管理经验；

3、较强的跨团队协作能力及项目管理经验；

4、熟悉ITIL框架。
