MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Product Development with emphasis in textiles and clothing required
• Minimum of 3 years technical experience in Garment manufacturing, either with a retailer, buying office or garment factory.
• Technical knowledge of garment construction, production techniques and specifications as applicable to merchandise area of expertise
• Experience in writing of product technical specifications required
• Experience in evaluating apparel fit required
• Organizational, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in cross functional or matrix teams
• Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of organizational responsibilities
• Excellence communication skills in English

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Knowledge and experience working for US retailer
• Experience with working across national borders and with team members from differentcultural backgrounds
