职位描述:

Job Requirement:
University graduate with major in areas of Economics.
Familiar with Office Software: Word, Excel, Outlook, SAP or other ERP is preferred;
Good command of both spoken and written English;
Excellent communication skills and can work under high pressures.
Work experience requirement: 2 years above, sales assistant or customer service specialist or order processor experience will be a plus

Job Responsibility:
-Process sales orders promptly and accurately;
-Respond to customer enquiries and requests ( via telephone, fax and e-mail communications ) in a timely manner;
-Maintenance of customer information, customer material description and pricing in System;
-Coordinate with factory planning and other functional departments for order confirmation，delivery and invoices;
-Inform and push customers for payment on time;
-Be responsible for dealing with customer complaint to ensure the customer problem and requirement to be solved and satisfied;
-Other works assigned by Manager and company;
