Job Description

1. Responsible for
bidding organization and quotation, including document preparation,
work allocation, RFI, bidding, negotiation, contract signing etc.

2. Responsible for
project management planning and executing and organizing construction work
according to GC contract and master schedule, including preparing construction
methodology, EHS plan, site instruction, quality acceptance evaluation form,
construction schedule etc. To ensure the construction process under control,
through meticulous construction organization.

3. Responsible for
subcontractors tender and organize the procurement, tender evaluation, contract
management, site management, subcontract audit, inspection and acceptance and
payment audit etc.

4. Responsible for
quality control, to ensure the construction processes to compliance with the
Code, to make the quality to meet the expected criteria.

5. Responsible for
project archives, including but not limited to safety technical explanation, construction
diary and concealed work inspection record.

6. Responsible for
material procurement plan review and report to relevant department for
approval, and responsible for cost management.

7. Responsible for
quality checking for material delivering on site, audit and signing the
material requisition form.

8. Leading the construction
team on Site.

9. Adapt for short
term dispatch to project outside Beijing, if any.

Qualification

degree of Civil Engineering, Environmental Art and the like

years work experience of interior fitout, renovation, civil construction

One Registered Building Professional.

bad record.
