We currently have openings in Shenzhen and Beijing.

The skillsets we are looking for are a combination of:
Camera Software Engineer
? 2 - 5 years experience on android camera development area
? Strong knowledge of and experience in Linux Kernel, Device Driver Model
? Experience in Linux camera sensor driver bring-up.
? Experience in Camera HAL development
? Knowledge of 3A algorithms, tuning experiences and familiarity with MIPI, I2C, GPIOs a plus.
? Strong C & C++ programming and debugging skills required.
? Experience on Image Signal Processing.
? Android camera frameworks and applications
? Linux framework knowledge (V4L2) a great plus.
? Experience in Multimedia software development engineering for Linux based embedded systems.
? Strong communication skills in both English and Chinese - able to understand and explain highly technical information in a clear and concise manner.
? Willing travel to customer sites and other Qualcomm office locations to co-develop next generation smartphones.
? Exceptional English communication skill.
? Outgoing, positive and optimistic personality

Camera Software Engineer
? Expertise in 3A (auto white balance, auto exposure, auto focus). Prior experience on 3A is a big plus
? Deep understanding of color science, mobile camera sensors and optics.
? Knowledge and experience of camera image processing.
? Matlab/C programming
? Hands-on experience developing algorithms for mobile devices
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese
Camera Tuning Engineer
? Strong Image processing knowledge - Bayer sensor tuning experience is a big plus.
? Rich experience with Camera sensor driver development and integration.
? Rich experience in C programming
? Deep embedded system/OS knowledge and ARM architecture - familiar with OS theory
? Good team work spirit
? Good communication skills in both English and Chinese




Education Requirements
Camera Software Engineer
Required: Bachelor degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
Preferred: Master degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Camera 3A Algorithm Engineer
Required: Master's, Imaging/Color Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, and/or related field
Preferred: Doctorate, Imaging/Color Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering, and/or related field

Camera Tuning Engineer
- Bachelor or above with a major of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or relevant
- 5+ years working experience
