Purpose of the Job 职位目的：
Support sales team and ensure the good running of sales orders from order confirmation to delivery.
支持销售团队确保销售合同顺利执行

Key Job Responsibilities主要职责：

- receive customer inquiry and make sales contract/orders
- 接收客户询价及时制作和签订销售合同/定单
- follow up with supplier and logistics vendors for customs clearance and warehousing
- 协调供应商和第三方物流，跟踪报关和入库事宜
- coordinate with logistics service vendor and warehouse and monitor delivery
- 协调第三方物流和仓库，安排及跟踪出货
- key in sales order and purchase order information in system
- 采购及销售定单信息录入系统
- coordinate with finance dept. and sales team to chase payment
- 协调财务部和销售团队以跟进货款收回
- update billing due list
- 维护开票清单
- coordinate with sales team and customers to ensure smooth communication
- 协调销售团队和客户确保沟通畅通
- Sales statistics reporting
- 销售统计报告
- inventory reporting
- 存货报告


Reporting Relationships汇报：
Report to logistics supervisor.
报告给物流主管


Qualifications任职资格：
- Junior college degree in Management or trading;.
管理或外贸类大专以上学历；
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in similar position preferred.
相似行业和职位至少2年以上工作经验将优先考虑；
- Proactive, detail-minded, well-organized and service-oriented
工作主动, 做事注重细节,有条理, 有良好服务意识
- Good Computer handling in ERP and Excel， Good Communication skills and fluent English, CET 6 is preferred
良好的电脑技能(ERP 和Excel)，英文读写熟练， 具有良好的沟通能力,六级优先
