？Diploma holder or above
本科以上学历
？Minimum 3 years experience in production planning and scheduling, coating industry is preferred
3年以上生产计划工作经验，涂料行业尤佳
？Initiative, self-motivation, able to work independently and a good team player
工作主动积极，能独立完成工作并注重团队合作。
？Good command of English, communication skills and able to interact with people at all levels
良好的英语听说读写能力。
？Good PC Skills; Microsoft - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
熟练的办公软件操作能力
？Good understanding of ERP. Familiar with SAP system is added advantage

？Responsible for daily production schedule
负责每日生产计划。
？Optimize daily shop floor machine/equipment capacity and resources whilst maintaining the required service level
优化车间生产设备产生的使用率。
？Administer Production Activity Control (PAC) by monitoring, tracking actual production schedule against planned and rescheduling so that the production schedule fulfilment rate target is achieved
根据生产计划控制跟踪实际生产情况，确保达到生产要求。
？Manage production backlog, carry out corrective and preventive measures for late production orders (batch ticket)
管理逾期交付产品，执行逾期订单更正的预防措施。
？Organize team-based (MDT) daily meeting. De-bottleneck production capacity as and when it's necessary
组织每日会议，必要时解决生产产能问题。
？Plan and monitor semi finished goods (SFG) or intermediates inventory to support production
计划和控制半成品库存。
？Coordinate with production, RM/FG warehouse and QC on rework of slow moving and obsolete stock
对生产、仓库、质量控制进行协调，对滞销和淘汰的库存进行再利用。
？Responsible for maintenance of production capacity data and parameters accuracy and validity in SAP system
负责维护SAP系统中生产参数的准确性和有效性。
？Ensure all processes comply with AkzoNobel code of conduct, HSES policies, SOP and quality management system ie ISO 9001, 14000, 18000 etc to achieve the required quality standard and operational excellences
确保所有工作流程都与行为准则、HSE政策和质量管理系统保持一致，以达到符合相关的质量标准。
