Responsibilities:

Requirements:
Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities:
• Provide close to customer service including responding to customers' requirements and improving customer satisfaction especially KA; • Keep close communication with commercial/credit control/supply chain/TSR depts, be familiar with company policy and timely deliver information to the customer; • Support on collect and coordinate the sales order demand to provide the good service to customer, manage the corresponding MTO stock effectively; • Provide data sorting and analysis of COS on a regular basis; • Deal with the paperwork of COS and maintain the KA profiles. • Give best support to Nantong office admin/sales tools/meeting minutes and coordination etc;

Additional Information:
• College or above • At least one year relevant working experience • Ability to work under pressure • Be careful and patient. Pleasant personality • Good team player, willing to help others • Strong communication skills • Be Good at MS Office • Good command in read and written English, may communicate in English
