Main Purpose of the Job:
This is to support Mold Shop establishment and expansion in terms on the people management and technical coach, training, as well as manufacturing processes and procedures set-up and improvement, and directly report to Head of Mold Shop of China Region.

Main Responsibilities:
? You will be leading a state of the art CNC manufacturing department equipped with 3/5 axis machinery with Heidenhain controller.
? The planning of machines and employees in the manufacturing department will be in your responsibility.
? In addition, you will be expected to actively support your team (15 employees) in terms of their training and work related trouble shooting.
? Your will be report direct to the Head of Mould Shop China.

Qualifications/Skills:

? Technical Engineering Degree
? Solid background in 3/5 axis CNC milling manufacturing is a must, experience with Heidenhain controller will be an advantage
? Knowledge of CAD/CAM (Siemens NX) will be an advantage
? Leadership capabilities and social competence
? Strong pioneering spirit and an understanding of economic relations and entrepreneurial thinking
? Language proficiency in English
? Chinese language skills will be an advantage
