职位描述
职位概要：
配合公司执行事业部内部日常人力资源工作。
工作内容：
1、 负责事业部招聘工作的开展，包括：简历筛选、面试、测试安排、背景调查等工作。
2、 员工的入转调离手续办理。
3、 建立并完善员工档案管理，及时收集并存档员工档案、人员信息资料等相关数据，审核并建立相应的电子档案、更新记录表单。
4、 组织对事业部员工绩效考核工作，收集并更新考核相关数据。
5、 配合公司的培训工作（新员工入职培训及公司内部技术交流培训等）。
6、 定期编制人力资源数据及报告上报，根据公司要求负责临时性人力资源数据的统计及上报工作。
7、 收集相关劳动用工等人事政策及法规，统计分析人事数据，依据最新的政策提供公司可行性建议。
8、 员工的日常政策咨询服务。
9、 遵守公司信息安全职责要求，并保障信息安全体系的运行工作。
10、根据公司年度绩效目标，协助完成部门年度项目工作。
11、负责与公司人事相关工作的接口和协调工作及其他日常工作。
任职资格：
1、人力资源管理或相关专业大专以上学历。
2、熟悉国家及地区劳动法规，熟练掌握社会保险各项政策。
3、熟练使用OFFICE办公软件，有一定的组织能力和策划能力。
4、思维开阔，工作细致主动、责任心强，具有良好的沟通、协调能力和服务意识。
5、两年以上人事工作经验，熟悉相关人事工作流程。
