PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

What are the principal responsibilities of this job?

1. Payroll processing:

Responsible for monthly payroll calculation.

Maintain payroll related data in HR system in time.

Prepare the monthly reports and data collection.

Summarize staff attendance and holiday of Jiangsu Tyson & Haimen Tyson.

2. Benefit processing:

Declaration of social insurance, housing fund and individual income tax in time.

Make sure the monthly payment for Social Insurance and Housing Fund in time. Arrange and prepare the yearly base adjustment.

In charge of staff annual health check-up as scheduled.

Responsible for supplementary benefit project (e.g. Supplementary medical insurance)

3. Participate in salary survey.

Assist HRD to attend the salary survey.

Provide all relative data for the research.
