主要职责main responsibility：
1. To supervise GL accountant and AP/AR to enusre correctness of monthly reporting
2. To reconcile local accounts to IFRS accounts for monthly reporting
3. To analyse variance between actual and forecast/bdg
4. To ensure the accounting practice is compliance with relevant laws
5. To be responsible in annual statuory and tax audit and annual adminstrative filing
6. To prepare the annual budget and forecast in April and September
7. To assist CFO on other assgined adhocs
任职资格Qualifications：
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above, major in accounting with accountant qualification certificate and advanced level accountant certificate
2. Minimum 6 years working experience in finance department, among them at least 2 years in the department leading role (supervisor, leader, manager)
3. Good knowledge of ERP systems, familiar with SAP operation(Hyperion is a plus) and Proficiency with Excel is a must
4. Working knowledge of standard inventory costing is required
5. Be familiar with China accounting, audit, tax and Finance law and rules
6. Strong organizational and analytical skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels
7. Experienced with cost controlling and come up with action plan for saving initiative
8. Solid experience in people management and financial processes
9. Fluency in both spoken and written English
