职位描述
Responsibilities:
1. Engage in the incident management processes to ensure operational excellence by using global incident management system (Service-Now) for IT service requests, incidents and problem escalation.
2. Engage in project rollouts and implementing new technology solutions to increase operational efficiencies according to global Hilti standards. Value creation mind-set must apply.
3. Initiate the resolution by deep analyse and diagnostics. Proactive monitoring to maintain excellent performance and reliable IT Services
4. Documented and report all the IT Infrastructure configuration and resolution process.
5. Ensure the IT Security and compliance according to Hilti policy
6. Responsible for the development of First Level Support goals, personnel development, organization resource utilization, and performance measurements
7. Coordinates with Global IT engineering team members to ensure the appropriate use of technology and standards in the design, implementation, and support of systems so as to guarantee consistency within the Hilti Global IT environment.
8. Communicate to business management and users on IT operational status.
9. Understand the business processes and providing solution based on the priorities
Qualification:
1. Educational background: University degree in IT, Business or Engineering
2. Excellent organizational and communication skills across all levels and functions of the organization
3. Fluent in English (oral and written)
4. Demonstrated team player with proven flexibility in time and tasks. Service and Process oriented person.
5. Potential for mid management
6. Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft® Operating System Environment (Windows 7) and client desktop applications
7. Experience client hardware deployment, operating system loads, drivers, software installation
8. Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting
9. Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook / Exchange-related concepts together with Office 365 range of services such as Microsoft Lync, SharePoint and Exchange Online Hosted
10. Experience in configuring, testing and troubleshooting Smartphones primarily using Android platform (other platform experience is a plus such as iOS) for services such as Email, Application load/reload
11. Experience in technology such as LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet connectivity.
12. Able to drive a strong sense of IT Security and promote an IT Security culture
