职位描述
1. Establish and maintain the company health & safety policies & procedures by laws and regulations requirements, and ensure fully compliance with H&S laws and regulations;
依照法律法规要求建立并完善公司的安全方针、政策与程序文件, 并确保这些文件内容完全符合国家健康与安全相关法律法规要求 ；
2. Implement and maintain a local H&S management system according to parent company and OHSAS 18001 requirements;
依照母公司和OHSAS18001的要求建立并完善本公司的健康与安全管理体系；
3. As a safety advisor, provide H&S technical support and necessary consultancy service about company health & safety policies, China Work Safety law and other H&S legislations to staff at all levels,;
作为安全顾问，向公司各级员工提供健康与安全方面的技术支持以及必要的咨询服务，如：公司的健康安全政策、国家健康与安全相关的法律法规信息等；
4. Require the individual to lead and supervise all company employees on a wide range of health & safety activities. Cooperate with other department, and check the effectiveness of implementation, to ensure achievement of the most optimal levels of safety conditions for all employees;
个人需要能够带领并监督公司全员广泛的开展健康与安全活动。与其他部门展开合作，并对执行的有效性进行检查，以确保公司给予员工的安全条件达到最佳水平；
5. Support relevant department implement systemically risk assessment activities, to ensure that employees are working at a safe workplace.
协助需求部门开展系统性的风险评估工作，以确保员工有一个安全的工作场所；
6. Develop H&S training strategy, to continuously raise employee awareness on H&S with property activities and communication methods ;
制定一套H&S培训策略，以使能够通过开展各类活动以及某些沟通方式来持续不断地提升员工的健康安全意识；
7. Develop and implement compliance audit and inspection programs to review and assure fully compliance with applicable H&S standards.
建立合规性评价计划，并执行检查程序，确保公司的健康与安全活动合规性符合要求；
8. Assist H&S senior manage to achieve annual objectives.
支持H&S高级经理达成年度工作目标。
