- 2年以上互动用户体验设计的经验，有扎实的软件操作能力(Adobe Creative Suites及其它)。

- 有能力提供网上设计作品集或游戏设计链接，设计草案，游戏流程图设计，或其他概念设定草图。

- 深入全面的UI设计知识：印刷，排版等，和游戏以及互动程序的用户体验设计。

- 乐观，有条理，能够同时处理多项工作。

- 在商业设计之外，能够提供任何形式的个人设计作品。

- 优秀的书面和口头沟通技巧。

- 1年以上与3D团队，动画团队，开发和制作人团队等团队管理合作经验。

- 强大的手绘故事板能力来阐述设计。

- 动画和动态图形设计能力优先。(After FX, Final Cut Pro, Flash, 及其它)

- 热爱游戏，电影， 科幻题材和动漫。

- 了解业界术语和互联网趋势。

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in Interactive (for web/mobile) and UX design with solid working knowledge on major design applications package and latest tools (Adobe Creative Suites, etc.).

- Published interactive portfolio on web and mobile games design, and ability to show sample of Wires, Game Flow (IA), and other ideas conception sketch/process.

- In-depth knowledge of UI design (typography, grids, etc), and UX in games and other interactive apps.

- Personable, highly organized, able to multi-task and has can-do-attitude.

- Have a showcase of personal portfolio other than commercial works (of any type)

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

--Strong storyboard skills (drawing using pen and paper).

-Motion graphics and animation skills (After FX, Final Cut Pro, Flash, etc.).

-Loves movies, games, sci-fi and comics.

- Knows the right lingo in latest digital technology and web trends.
