Trigger is a Digital Creative Agency specializing in entertainment and youth brand marketing. We created award winning immersive marketing-driven websites, Flash/iPhone/3D games, original animations and social networking applications. Trigger has offices in Shanghai and Los Angeles.

WHERE YOU FIT IN
We're looking for a Middle Weight Unity 3D Game Developer to join our team of geeks in the Shanghai office. Our Shanghai office is a robust studio of multiple disciplines -- including project managers, art directors, designers, illustrators, Flash developers, mobile developers and 3D artists. This office has a symbiotic relationship with the Los Angeles office.

Requirements:

? Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
? Minimum 3+ years programming 3D games for console, PC, or iPhone/iPad
? Strong C#, JavaScript, and/or Boo coding skills.
? Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
? Experience with data exchange (XML, dynamic content), MySQL, and/or SQL Server.
? Experience in creating game designs, system architecture, working prototype/engine.
? Experience in developing game mechanics, balancing, and iterating on gameplay.
? Creative problem solving ability.
? Must have a passion for game development.
? Good communication skills.
? Must be able to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
? Must be able to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
? Must have experience with all software development life cycle phases (project planning, requirements definition, systems design, implementation, integration and testing, installation, deployment, and maintenance).

Other requirements:

? Intermediate command of English [able to verbally expressed ideas/communicate in English]
? Candidates must show at least 2 [two] published iPhone/iPad applications
? Candidates must be able to provide at least 2 [two] professional recommendations from previous employer

Desired Skills:

? Experience with the Unity engine.
? Art, animation, 3D modeling, or creative writing experience.
? Experience making games for casual, female, or teen demographic.
? Experience creating social games on Facebook or other platforms.
? Web programming experience.
? Multiplayer game development experience.
? Working knowledge of Agile development methodology
