- 具备按时提交“里程碑”和Deanline的时间理念
- Flash代码整洁、简练，便于二次开发和修改

- 运用Flash设计和编程技能进行网站和互动媒体的开发。

TRIGGER, an interactive agency focused on entertainment and youth brand marketing, is looking for mid- and advanced-level Flash Developers to create high profile websites, online games, and mobile applications for top entertainment and corporate clients in a fast-paced working environment. You must have a strong portfolio and at least two (2) years working experience to be considered for the mid-level position and at least three (3) years working experience to be considered for the advanced level position.
YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- Motivation: After being provided initial direction and specifications, be able to build on the design and push it through production to completion.
- Creativity: Follow the initial design, but don’t be afraid to provide unique input into the project.
- Teamwork: Work well with others… good communication, responsibility, and respect of others. (No egos, please!)
- Personality: Should be enthusiastic and immersed in movies, mobile technology, games, comic books, super heroes, and other pop culture that fuel our clients and projects.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Time management. You must be able to deliver on a milestone basis and meet deadlines.
- Organization beyond just a clean desk. Your files and code need to be clean, well commented, and concise.
- Attention to detail. You are careful and check your work thoroughly.
- Advanced skills in ActionScript 2.0/3.0, Flash classes, Flash Remoting, Flash Video, Flash Media Server, and XML.
- Familiarity working with Windows and/or Mac OS X operating systems.
- Strong knowledge of XHTML, JavaScript/AJAX, CSS, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of server-side scripting languages and/or other programming languages.
- Ability to manage dynamic data (e.g., XML) in Flash.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Utilize Flash design and coding skills to develop applications for websites and other interactive media.
- Translate static Photoshop composites into working Flash applications.
- Work with internal teams on development requirements, such as timelines and resources.
- Write ActionScript, JavaScript/AJAX, XHTML, XML, and CSS.
- Communicate at the production level with the project manager in addition to the art and technology directors.
- Oversee freelance Flash designers/developers, as necessary.
