· 审查技术设计文档来规划QA流程

· 提高工具软件和流程的使用效率

· 提高QA标准和效率

2年以上QA经验

1年以上文档书写经验

· 英语和普通话流利

· 一定对游戏开发有强烈的热情并对各种类型游戏有兴趣

· 有数字项目的测试经验

· 非常注重细节、有条理和能自我激励

· 适应高压的环境

· Ensure the quality of websites, games, and applications developed by Trigger by inputting bugs and doing regression testing.
· Develop comprehensive test plans to be used during development
· Plans for upcoming testing needs based on specific project needs that may come up during development.
· Works with technology, creative, and 3D teams to verify bugs and fixes
· Communicates with both Shanghai and LA offices to define bug fixing priorities
· Attends project kick-off, design, and review meetings to develop early understanding of projects
· Understands and enforces client-specific standards
· Reviews Technical Design Documents to better inform the QA process for that given project
· Improve tools and processes for increasing QA productivity and QA consistency.
· Improve Quality Assurance standards and processes
2+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance.
1+ years writing test plans
· Fluent English and Mandarin (written and verbal)
· Must be both exceptionally passionate about game development and an avid game player - across genres
· Must have a background testing digital projects such as websites
· Must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
· Must be able to work in a dynamic environment and able to juggle multiple high priority projects.
· Good interpersonal skills
