Sales Operation and Logistics Team Leader, China

Sales Operation and Logistics Team Leader manages order booking and order fulfillment of equipment and consumables to meet revenue plans, enhance customer satisfaction and comply with sales policy. This role manages the logistics flow of supply from arrival to destination, including cross border custom clearance. Act as the key contact to partners and customers to provide one-stop order services.

Responsibilities:

Sales Operation

• Act as the single point of contact to partners and customers on all order-related matters, and coordinate among departments to fulfill customer inquiries and requests.
• Manage order contract terms and conditions to company policy.
• Manage order-to-cash process, including sales order booking, order confirmation, supply ordering, prepayment and credit / letter of credit management, delivery coordination and billing.
• Proactively conduct backlog management to realize shipping and revenue recognition plans
• Collect payment, prepare AR statement, aging report
• Comply business control policy of contract/order fulfillment processes
• Observe and act according to the sales incentive program, manage sales commission
• Escalate to management about order issues and provide recommendation of resolution
• Generate order management reports to facilitate order decisions
• Perform projects or assignment to contribute team goals in key performance management, process improvement.

Logistics

• Prepare shipping documents to effect shipping and importation in compliance with
• Coordinate with custom to define the forwarder transportation company to arrange delivery to destination
• Monitor in-transit supply

Essential Education, Skills and Experience:

• Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 year relevant experience in multinational company
• Experience in machinery industry or consumables a strong advantage
• Well-versed on LC procedures and preparation of banking documents an advantage
• Hand on experience in Oracle ERP system, Salesforce.com highly preferred
• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel application and Chinese WP
• Strong working knowledge of international and domestic trade, and shipping battery / chemicals
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, strong problem solving skill
• Able to work under high pressure and in a fast paced and dynamic environment;
• Good team player with energetic, hardworking, self-initiative and strong sense of responsibility, can work independently with minimal supervision
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
