职位描述
Program Management
Develop a clear and detailed step by step project plan.
Ensure that the program is feasible and maintain on track.
Problem solve and adapt quickly to address problems as they arise.
Maintain close contact with customers, supervisors, staff and peers using advanced interpersonal and communication skills.
Multi-task to track project timing, supplier timing, spending, budget, personnel, efficiency.
Re-plan and coordinate the project when the need arises and communicate accordingly.
Communicate and maintain program overview to ensure all parties are on the same track.
Customer Advisory
Service:
Cultivating contacts with Asian (both local and transplant) customers. Determination of customer satisfaction, evaluation of the results and coordination of actions where necessary.
Organization of customer meetings.
Technical advice to customers with support of the respective department, if necessary.
Determine customer’s future demands by local presence. Evaluation and internal coordination of relevant data.
Hold discussions within the guidelines regarding price adjustments (e.g. change of raw material conditions) and put it into action where applicable.
Selective acquisition of potential customers according to the instructions of the Sales Management. Processing of incoming inquiries.
Processing of Inquiries Taking and recording of regional customer inquiries and communicate with HQ.
Advise customers regarding technical and economical solutions with close communication with HQ.
Communication with HQ for preparation of the inquiries with regard to contents.
Completion of missing data and submit to HQ.
Substantiate customer specifications. Analyze the technical (feasibility, tolerances) and economical realization (e.g. capacity, invest, price target) together with internal responsible persons in HQ.
Support of Production
Departments Support the production departments by customer audits, complaints and warranties. Analyzing of effects in case of economical (calculation) and technical condition changes. Discussion and implementation of analysis.
General Responsibilities
? Primary Customer contact for the organization in Asia
? Ensure program related organization, timing, and communication is effective
? Ensures sales related communication internally is effective
? Ensures 100% conformance to IMS Quality System in production operations
? Leads APQP up to hand off to Product Engineering
? TS 16949 participation
? Strives to achieve all established company goals
? Develops and implements continuous improvement activity in area of responsibility
? Works positively in a team environment
? Communicates to all levels effectively
? Represents IMS Gear professionally
? Understands and adheres to IMS Gear policies
? Other duties as assigned
Skills:
? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
? Computer Skills (MS Office)
? Manufacturing(assembly/plastic injection) / product/ engineering/ program management experience
? Language skills: Chinese and English plus German language (desirable)
? Strong written and verbal communication Skills
? Strong multitasking and planning skills
? Logical hands-on problem Solving Skills
? Ability to work with different cultures and backgrounds
? Familiar with required measuring equipment
? Thorough Statistics knowledge
? Willing to travel
? Understands Geometric dimensioning and tolerancing
? Advanced technical writing development
? Business acumen to evaluate and cost/price our parts and projects
