1. Brief Description
This position is designed to support Regional Trade Management on daily business analysis & management within Greater China. Assisting Trade Managers on analysis task & facilitating each Branch Offices within Greater China to maximize utilization per week. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by manager.

2. Key Result Areas
? Prepare trade reports timely and accurately under requested format
? Analysis volume flow in the market & follow-up with Logistics / Cargo team in Singapore
? Monitor booking status plus vessel utilization of Greater China
? Account performance management
? Monitor sufficient pipeline for Greater China
? Arrange Switch & Roll Process among Great China region
?
3. Key Accountabilities/Duties
? Provide market intelligence to respective Trade as required
? Monitor daily booking status
? Monitor CIF performance by office
? Monitor RD/ D45’ performance by office
? Report on vessel utilization per week
? Update protect list & breakdown by office
? Prepare & Upload AFS
? Propose GRI effective vessels
? Prepare Equipment Forecast
? Work cross functional & geographic locations for cooperation
? Coordinate & Recap Weekly Conference Call with Greater China Offices
? Prepare rate guideline (MRG) to Greater China in consulting with Trade Manager
? Prepare notice to Greater China for follow-up
? Equipment forecast
? Review pipeline requirement
? Send “roll communication” to Trade & destinations after finalized
? Prepare presentation materials for Trade Management and ad hoc for Sales Team (if necessary)


4. Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- Good command of English
- Be familiar with Ms Office, especially Excel, PPT
- Team spirit
- High sense of responsibility
- Be patience and detail minded
