Responsibility:
In charge of all relating matter for both sea and air import ,such as:
Shipment arrangement, from overseas
Preparing Shipping doc
Cargo tracing
Customs declaration and CCIC declaration
Account management
Communication and coordination with overseas offices/agents
Provide customer updated info and solution if any.
Qualification:
1. More than5 years import operation experience for international logistics company, familiar with whole import operation process
2. Experience in handling customer claim, key accounts management, internal coordination, etc.
3. Major in logistics/foreign trade
4. Acknowledge of Computer Flat Knitting Machine;
5. Fluent written and oral English
6. Residence in Shanghai
7. Bachelor degree or above
8. Diligent, team-working, conscientious, approachable, strong ability to handle and resolve problems
