EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS
Minimum Five years with direct responsibilities in the production and organization of trade shows.
Semiconductor industry background is preferred,IC Design Management plus.
International experience a plus.
Strong hands-on knowledge on the following applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Lotus Notes.
Good verbal and written language skills in both Chinese and English.
SUMMARY
Under limited supervision is responsible for coordinating a wide variety of activities in China. This position
oversees the production of SEMI trade shows and events in China and requires the ability to coordinate internal
and external show activities in a timely manner. Requires close working relationships with headquarters and
other regional SEMI offices.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Marketing Promotion and Sales of SEMICON China;2. Assist to Semiconductor production of major SEMI events and products (such as SEMICON exposition, CISTC, ETC.);3. Assist to products marketing strategy development;4. Assist to manage and execute the product marketing plan including the production of all marketing materials;5. Coordinate to drive and supervise online marketing campaign including website development, email blast and pre-registration promotion;6. Assist to produce and manage special events related to the shows, i.e. press conference, opening ceremony, reception, etc.;7. Coordinate with corporate communications, local media involvement in the show and related events.
