Responsible for data analytics, data mining & statistical modeling jobs for both new & ongoing projects

1. Be a master of CRM industry analytics

2. Understand business/clients’ data analysis needs

3. Work closely with Account team, Business Development team and IT team to design and build business reporting template or data analysis framework for both new and ongoing projects

4. Responsible for key data analysis and reporting for ongoing projects

5. Responsible for result of data analytics deals

6. Be able to build up statistical models to solve clients’ issues

7. Summarize benchmarks for different industries, and make documentation accordingly

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in applied mathematics or statistics preferred

2. At least 2 years’ experience in data analysis, knowledge of MS Access, SAS and SQL required

3. Solid skills for all phases of data processing and analysis for CRM projects, including the application of standard, descriptive, and inferential statistical methods for conducting analysis

4. Good understanding of CRM industry is preferred

5. Good communication skills

6. Good command of English is a must
