POSITION SUMMARY:
Directs activities within Production Control to support Operations/Manufacturing. Ensures production schedules/aircraft deliveries are achieved and inventory investments are minimized. Responsible for arranging customs clearance, incoming inspection, packaging/crating, shipping functions, freight activities and return good processing. Supervises purchased and/or manufactured parts stockrooms and the receipt, records, storage and issuance of kits, parts, tools and equipment.
主要负责支持营运／制造的生产控制活动。保证生产时间节点及飞机交付及库存投资到最小。负责货物清关、进货检验、包装、装箱、海运功能能、空运活动和回收品程序。管理采购或者／和制造部件储存室和接收、纪录、储存和套件、部件、工装和设备的保险。
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1.Develops staffing forecasts, inventory plans, and annual expense plan. 处理装备预测、库存计划和年度花销计划。
2.Directs capacity planning, shortage control, inventory planning, and packaging/crating activities. 主要负责生产力计划，短缺控制，库存计划和包装、装箱事项。
3.Coordinates with Operations to support the line organization in meeting production requirements. Revises planning and schedules where changes will improve work flow. 协助运营支持组织生产线满足生产需要。更改计划和时间表使这些改动可改善工作流程。
4.Assists Operations in defining production problem areas such as capacity constraints and parts shortages issues affecting production and recommends alternative work plans. Develops qualified staff for optimum functional effectiveness of the areas supervised.
