职位描述
Job Description:
1. Reimbursement & Vendor payment processing
2. Petty cash maintenance and bank account transaction & balance accuracy
3. Issue invoice according to the delivery note information from Move Coordinator
4. Coordinate with Fapiao issuing
5. Cash flow forecast
6. Other related work
Position Requirements:
1. College degree graduation in accounting
2. Relevant computer ability (e.g. Excel, CAT Invoicing System)
3. Can work under pressure and meet deadline
4. Strong team work spirit
5. Take initiatives
6. Proficiency in oral, reading and written English
