职位描述：

设计、开发运行于iPhone和Android平台上的客户端应用软件，通过和团队成员协同工作，完成系统的架构设计、详细设计、集成和测试。与QA工程师紧密合作，解决质量相关问题，确保产品质量和性能。

职位要求：
1. 本科以上计算机或通信专业学位
2. 3年基于手机平台的商业产品开发经验
3. 精通C++/Java的算法和调试，具备坚实的面向对象的设计技能
4. 精通网络视频流的相关协议（RTP/RTSP/RTCP）和格式(MPEG4/H.264)，具备相关的软件开发经验
5. 至少具有一种平台上深入的应用开发经验： iPhone或Android
6. 具备按时完成复杂项目的出色能力
7. 熟悉软件工程的方法，注重软件部件、API的文档化能力
8. 良好的沟通能力、团队精神，优秀的英语读、写、说能力

Job description:

Design and implement object C or Java based mobile phone client application software. Job responsibilities include software
architecture design, detail design, coding, integration and testing. Work closely with QA engineer to solve quality related issue
and deliver solid product that meets performance requirements.

A candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum bachelor degree in computer or communication related fields, MS preferred
2. At least 3 years experience in mobile phone application development
3. Strong software engineering experience, going through at least one complete cycle of product development
4. Expert proficiency in object C or Java with strong OO design, algorithm development and debugging skills
5. Direct experience in network video streaming related development using RTP/RTSP/RTCP
6. Familiar with multimedia coding schemes and containers, such as MPEG4/H.264, A/V profile/TS
7. Expert in at least one of the mobile phone SDKs, such as IPhone, Andriod, Symbian and Windows Mobile
8. Self-motivated and team player
