A candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. BSEE with 5+ years of professional experience with board-level analog and high-speed digital design
2. Working experience with FPGA, DSP and ARM9/11 sub-systems for embedded applications
3. Familiar with component identification and evaluation
4. Strong knowledge of various bus and backplane standards
5. Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic and PCB design
6. Solid background in designing prototyping, characterization, and board-level circuit troubleshooting
7. Working experience with laboratory equipments
8. Capability in writing design specifications and documentation
9. Experience in RF and wireless telecommunications is a plus
10. Vendor contact experience
11. Self-motivated and team player

职位要求：
