A candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. Minimum bachelor degree in computer or communication related fields, MS preferred
2. At least 5 years experience in telecommunications and networking engineering and implementation
3. Strong software engineering experience, going through at least one complete cycle of product development
4. Expert proficiency in C
5. At least 3 years of Linux device driver/BSP software development experience
6. Strong Linux kernel development and debugging skills
7. Experience of bring up the system from ground up
8. Familiar with technologies such as HPI, I2C, NOR/NAND Flash, GPIO, Ethernet and/or USB
9. Familiar with ARM architecture
10. Experience in working with hardware using logical analyzer
11. Self-motivated and team player

职位要求：
1. 通信或计算机相关专业本科以上（硕士优先）
2. 五年以上通信网络开发经验
3. 具备软件工程经验，至少经历过一个完整的产品开发周期
4. 精通C语言开发
5. 至少3年Linux设备驱动/BSP开发经历
6. 熟悉Linux内核开发和调试
7. 具备从零开始构建系统的能力
8. 熟悉HPI, I2C，NOR/NAND Flash，GPIO，Ethernet，USB
9. 熟悉ARM或MIPS构架
10. 具有硬件相关调试开发经验，会使用逻辑分析仪进行问题定位分析
11. 具备工作热情和团队精神
