职位描述
Tasks & Responsibilities
1.Takes distinct measures with suppliers on advanced quality planning and process control
2.Coordinates with Group Engineering in Zurich on quality assurance (QA) issues while ramping up new suppliers to acceptable quality levels
3.Handles claims and deals with suppliers and suggests improvements for processes
4.Guides measures with suppliers according to certification from ISO 9001
5.Supports suppliers to obtain TS16949 and ISO14001 certification
6.Actively applies and administrates a quality information (CAQ) system as tool for contemporary monitoring of quality performance indicators
7.Continuously plans and conducts QMS and process audits with suppliers
8.Supports China sourcing manager in filing Q-related supplier specific terms and conditions
9.Supports customer complaint management and coordinates actions with involved units
10.Previous PPAP documentation related experience is an advantage
Professional Experience:
1.At least 5+ years experience in operating quality function and metrics
2.Experience in customer complaint management with suppliers
3.Experience in supplier auditing and quality improvement
Skills/Personality:
1.Knowledge in quality management and engineering methods (FMEA, APQP, QFD) and experience in process design
2.Knowledge of statistical methods (acceptance sampling, SPC, process capability measures)
3.Communicative, assertive and integrative personality that works across all business and system groups at all levels
4.Ability to work under pressure and to overcome adversity
Education:
1.Graduate (BSc) degree in mechanical engineering or plastics engineering
2.Further education in quality management methods
Language:
Fluent English
