Mission of Function
Support managers and HR team by taking over organizational or other routine tasks and general administrative tasks; independently solving tasks and coming up with proposals for solution.

Areas of Responsibility / Tasks
-Responsible for office organization to establish and maintain a clear, neat and delight working environment for HR team;
-Responsible for all the HR administrative processes to make sure that HR activities are well organized and in line with the procedures defined by the company or SLC principle with proper documentation;
-Responsible for attendance check and record of all employees to support monthly payroll calculation, payment arrangement, etc;
-Assist in recruitment management such as interview arrangement, etc;
-Assist in training management such as training plan, follow-up, evaluation feedback and analysis, etc;
-Organize events within HR team to build up a harmonious working atmosphere;
-Assist in administrative support in HR projects or events
-Assist in drafting, updating various HR records and reports in HR folder and related share folders;
-Organize events within HR team to build up a harmonious working atmosphere;
-Claim vouchure for HR team;

-MS Office, Outlook
-Basic business administration know-how
-Labor Law
-Time management, meeting management, basic accounting knowledge, event management, communication skill, conflict management;
