职位描述
岗位职责
1) Improving production capacity through plant and manufacturing flexibility, implementing lean production, maximizing equipment utilization, enhancement/advancement of existing production strategies
2) Improving people and work force flexibility by increasing the skill level of the work force, building a work force with flexible skills to meet rapidly changing product needs, importance of employee satisfaction, implementing employee-based work methods (team methods, work cells, for example), increasing work harmony, educate work force on how to be business people- , give needed information to do job, walk the talk re: cost control; model interactions with others and teamwork
3) Maintaining and increasing profit while maintaining cost control by cost reduction including reducing staff, managing with budget decreases
4) Focusing on customer and quality by meeting customer requirements for new products also with respect to quality, costs and deadlines, continuing to implement standardized product development process, focus on zero-defects and PPM quality measures, meeting increased customer requirements and price pressures at the same time.
5) Managing the operation with the local management team. Providing the leadership for this process and manage local issues as they arise. Responsible for evaluating the performance of personnel, recommending training requirements including to keep the staff at the highest level of skill necessary to meet company needs and objectives and to recommend that personnel be hired or removed.
6) Implementing and administering all policies and procedures designed for the manufacturing area and assembly areas. Work with the other members of the regional management team to achieve best results, share best practices and to implement actions locally.
7) Acting as the responsible for local/country issues, i.e. government or environmental issues.
8) Committing to focus on the success of the Group and not just on the operation plant.
9) Being responsible to comply with all legal and TRW business standards.
10) Control overall planning of the HS&E, supply the necessary materials and make decisions on the aims and plans in order to meet the goals, set up the HS&E objectives & targets according to TRW requirements, distribute the targets into all the departments and follow the objectives & targets’ achievement. Keep SR target < 9, TRIR target < 0.8
11）Control overall environment target, index, management plan achievement.
任职资格
Degree level education in a technical discipline or operations. Possibly a second degree or business qualification, i.e. MBA.
Attributes:
? At least 10 years of which 5 years should have been managing a major functional or/and managing of a company as General Manager/Plant Manager.
? At least 5 years experience of working in the automotive sector supplying product directly to OEM’s.
? Extensive supervisory experience in plastics moulding operations
? Experience in new product launch or new program, or product management.
? Exposure / experience with Lean Production.
? Exposure / experience with Quality systems.
? Financial and/or cost experience.
? Experience in process engineering or with factory process flow or production control and in external customer interaction.
? Experience of working in a foreign country is desirable.
