Duties and Responsibilities:



To perform project costing work;

To be responsible for invoicing and payment arrangement;

To maintain the G/L vouchers, booking, reviewing, posting, journal entry, accounts reconciliation work;

To review, book and analysis expenses

To review and maintain the AR and AP ledger;

To be responsible for fixed assets management;

To make financial analysis and statistics reports;

To support month-end closing, issue monthly financial reports, and maintain full sets of books closing;



Requirements:



1) At lease 3 years working experience in foreign investment companies, prefer manufacturing companies;
2) Be familiar with PRC GAAP and have idea of IFRS, be able to issue financial reports and handle month-end closing;
3) Be able to handle GL, AR, AP, expenses and fixed assets management;
4) With the experience of using JDE system or large accounting software;
5) With the experience to handle VAT and tax refunding work;
6) Good English and MS Office skills;
7) Bachelor degree, in finance or accounting major;
8) Must hold CERTIFICATE OF ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL
