工作职责：
1、 达成区域的零售销售指标；
2、 负责美容顾问的招聘、培训、指导、管理及各项手续的办理；
3、 区域内促销活动的执行及跟进；
4、 促销活动数据分析；
5、 及时反馈市场信息；
衡量标准：
1） 零售销售指标达成
2） 美容顾问专业知识得分
岗位要求 ：
1、 大专以上毕业水平；
2、 二年以上同行业经验；
3、 形象气质佳，女性优先考虑；
4、 有抗压力，能独立解决问题；
5、 熟练操作计算机办公软件；
