职位描述
Job Objectives:
Provide in-house technical and service support to customers to solve product and application issues.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Work with Sales Engineer and Sales Team in assessing potential application of company products to meet customer requirements.
2. Technical support to customer for product problem troubleshooting, maintenance and service contract via email and phone call.
3. Offer product application training to partners or end-user.
4. Maintain and update technical manuals and service portal.
5. Escalate design problems to engineering team and communicate with Engineering Team to improve on current design or to identify possible problems with design.
6. Assist Quality Team to solve product issue.
Job Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree holder, major in Computer, Automation or EE.
2. 3 Year above product support, service experience in IT field, preferred with printer industry.
3. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills required.
4. Good computer skills.
5. Reasonable English level on spoken and written, speak standard Mandarin.
