Join our hotel and you’ll learn the ins and outs of running a great hotel, while developing all the skills you’ll need to lead our business in the future.
You’ll have the chance to work in every function of F&B Department before selecting your area of specialisation. With the General Manager as your personal coach, you’ll receive industry-leading training and development within the business.
As an International Intern, you’ll have access to world-class training and development opportunities within IHG.
Experience-based learning
•Hotel and Corporate on-boarding program
•Department function rotation program
•On-the-job training
•Technical and specialist systems training
•Project design and implementation
•Stand-in / Acting position in the final phase
Teaching-based learning
•Workshops such as Brand Service Behavior and the Accelerated Leadership Development Programme
•E-learning courses such as Element K and eCornell programs
Relationship-based learning
•Coaching by Hotel General Manager
•Regular review with Regional HR
Salary and benefits
From the very start , as an International Intern you will receive a salary and benefits package that is comparable to that of a hotel service manager in the local market.
