职位描述
Responsible for AliExpress.com in South East Asia SNS channel operation, SNS channel including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube etc. Engage consumers from target market, promote AliExpress branding, expand AliExpress account fans base by leveraging sale campaigns, deals selection, attractive content. Maintain and bring AliExpress.com reputation to higher levels in Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities:
·Maintain and operate AliExpress in South East Asia official SNS accounts, including daily content management, generate SNS channels routine reports to demonstrate channel performance.
·Work with promotion campaign team, category management team and PR team to publish promotion deals, campaigns, buyer guidance information to engage customers.
·Plan and execute campaigns independently on SNS channel to continuously increase SNS fans for AliExpress.
·Work with AliExpress customer service team to establish working flow on solving customer inquiries and disputes, maintain and enhance AliExpress reputation on SNS channels.
·Drive effective traffic from SNS channels to AliExpress site by social campaigns, SNS ad placement; Identify and convert high potential customers in target markets by specific traffic campaigns.
·Collect, analyze customer/market requirements, coordinate with related teams on update site functionalities and policies to fulfill requirements.
Job Specifications/Requirements:
·3-5 years of experience of SNS operation, online marketing or related.
·Native Indo/Thai/Filipino/Vietnamese speaker, good spoken and written Chinese and English to fulfill daily work communications, highly prefer candidates born in South East Asia.
·Prefer candidates who working in China now, been employee of internet companies, B2C/C2C websites or trading companies.
·Strong business sense, excellent data analysis skills; Passionate in internet or e-commerce business.
·Good project management experience and skills, abilities to lead and drive cross functional teams’ collaboration.
·Willingness on devote and contribute to AliExpress business goals.
