Job Description
(1) In Charge of Process Integration for Sunpreme SmartSilicon Eff CIP
(2) In Charge of WET Process as well as Equipment for overall Performance CIP
(3) Inline Trouble shooting for abnormal case, find out root cause, develop prevent actions, and final solutions
(4) Act as Contact window between Cell Process to Module Process, Optimize process for C2M loss reduction
(5) Act as TASK force owner for Sunpreme SmartSilicon World_class SPC project
(6) Train Junior Engineer, Both for Technology and Methodology, build_up Hands_on spirit, and Micro_management culture within team

Requirment
(1) Good understanding of Wet Process and Equipment.
(2) Good understanding of Solar Technology, Especially on HIT solar industry
(3) Good Command of Process integration capability
(4) Good communication and presentation skill, with both for Chinese and English
(5) Good Willing to work under high pressure and Self_motivate & Pro_active to pursue Success, including team_success & individual success
(6) Open_minded, Hands_on, and Positive personality.
(7) Master or Doctor degree majored on Material Science, Chemical science, Physics or microelectronics(Freshman)

上澎（Sunpreme）通过在中国大陆的全面投资考察, 决定在浙江嘉兴秀洲工业园区投资设立太阳能智能硅薄膜电池生产基地。该项目总投资1.2亿美元，一期项目投资4000万美元，注册资本4300万美元，进口设备占总投资的70%以上，租赁标准厂房9740平方米，主要从事太阳能智能硅薄膜电池及组件的研发、生产和销售。公司于2011年3月成立，11月份正式投产(注：嘉兴离上海约1小时的车程)。

目前年产太阳能电池30MW，产值2.5亿元人民币，税收5000万元人民币。2015年公司计划增加投资至1.2亿美元，征地100亩，建设厂房10万平方米，完全建成后年产太阳能智能硅薄膜电池200MW，产值30亿人民币，税收4亿人民币。
