职务名称：Purchasing Manager
工作地点: 苏州

我们的客户是某知名汽车零部件公司，目前正在招采购经理，要求具有技术背景，采购金额达到5千万以上，英语口语流利。

职位描述:
1.Has overall accountability for achieving safety goals, on time delivery, direct/ indirect- procurement, localization in material and Tooling, continuous improvement in working capital;
2.With supportive function in remaining competitive role in gaining new customer projects, developing new supplier, and monitor supplier performance in term of, and not limited in: quality, price, and delivery;
3.With full accountability to lead and coach its team, to keep compliance in all commercial relationship;
4.Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies on a periodic basis;
5.Develop new suppliers' capability & capacity to meet business needs;
6.Negotiate sourcing agreements or contracts with suppliers for cost reduction or contracts renew;
7.Leads and collaborate with technical, engineering, quality, production and regional purchasing team on any needs or ideas to achieve annual savings;
8.Provide leadership to the Site Purchasing Team;
9.Responsible for implementation of company HSE standards in the department;
10.Other tasks or duties as assigned.

任职条件：
1.University degree, major in Mechanical is preferred;
2.Above 5 years in manufacturing purchasing management;
3.Good negotiation skills and problem solving skills;
4.Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills;
5.Self-motivation, with commercial communication skill, self-discipline in compliance.
