职务名称：硫化工艺质量工程师-某知名欧美汽车零部件公司
工作地点: 苏州

我们的客户是某知名欧美汽车零部件公司，目前正在招募Quality Engineer (Vulcanization)。
职位描述:
1.Deal with quality complain from Automotive and Industrial customers;
2.Development of new project; such prepare PPAP,APQP,ISIR document ;and track the process of project with customers both from domestic and exotic;
3.Frequently trip to customer site as requirement;
4.Coordinate and organize customer audit; such as track the open issue, and to close the open issue;
5.Update and modify the FMEA and CP;
6.Process Audit.
7.In-process product quality control and new product feasibility study & report.
8.Product Audit.
9.Monitor the internal and external corrective action’s implementation and report the result to process quality supervisor.
10.Measurement equipment analysis
11.Pending material handling and review
12.Line audit (Layered audit)
13.Participate the root cause analysis and corrective action for customer complaint and customer returns. Track the open issue and verify the effectiveness of the corrective actions.
14.Use proper protection measures and equipments according to GUPT HSE policy, reminding and correcting other employee unsafe and improper behavior.
15.Take charge of the other task assigned by the quality control supervisor.
16.Implement applicable HES laws, regulations and HES work instruction.
17.Other tasks or duties as assigned.

任职条件：
1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in chemical engineering or chemistry.
2.Good skills in problem solving.
3.Team work needed.
4.Skills for organize or leadership for quality improvement, good skills for automobile special requirement, like APQP, PPAP.
5.Good knowledge in ISO/TS16949, qualified internal auditor;
6.Proficient in computer software, MS Word, MS excel, MS outlook, MS PPT
7.Positive enterprising, hard work.
8.Good English speaking and writing.
