职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 通过电话方式向客户推销我们的报告类信息产品及服务。
2. 具有较强的学习和理解能力，熟悉和了解我们的报告产品的相关构架及报告重点。
3. 维护和巩固已有客户关系，发掘客户潜在需求，增加客户的认可度，并铺开上海有色网报告市场。
4. 有较好的综合素质及沟通能力，能够出色完成公司的销售指标。

工作时间
周一至周五，08:30—17：30，周末双休，所有法定节假日休息。
相关培训
公司具有完善的培训体系。除岗前培训外，公司会为员工提供一系列的旨在提升销售技能和管理技能的培训课程。
晋升空间
三个职业发展方向：
1.销售路线的发展：从试用销售专员做起，可最高晋升至销售总监；
2.销售管理路线的发展：专员-小组主管－大组经理－部门高级经理－事业部总监；
3.参加内部招聘至其它岗位：可从公司不定期发布的内部招聘职位信息中选择自己期望转型的职位，参加内聘。
资格条件：
1. 大专以上学历，有一年以上三年以下非实物类产品销售经验。
2. 有较好综合素质良好及沟通能力，有较强的团队合作意识。
3. 责任心强，并有较强的承压能力。
4. 有较强的金钱意识。
注：如果是应届毕业生则要求本科以上学历，最好为企业管理或者财经类相关专业。
底薪：2500-3000
