职位描述
Major Accountabilities:
Human Resources Responsibilities:
-) Translate and sets direction for human resources direction, projects, improvements and activities in direct support of organization objectives.
-) Establish, update regulations and policies concerning labor issues, salary, and employee benefits in line with company strategy and government regulations.
-) Coordinate the performance evaluation system, development plans, succession planning for the plant in line with corporate guidelines. Ensure effective union and employee relations and systems.
-) Ensure compensation and benefits systems which effectively provide balance in meeting all organization needs of cost effectiveness and employee attraction, retention and satisfaction.
-) Ensure staffing process that yield hiring, selection, promotion, demotion, reassignment decision in collaboration with managers that fairly, timely and accurately get the right person to the right place at the right time to meet business needs.
-) Manage effective training programs in accordance with approved policy; facilitate value education and culture building through proper training activities.
-) Establish and maintain good industrial and government relations. Prepare and conduct negotiations with unions and implement enterprise agreements for the plant.
-) Establish and maintain complete and accurate personnel records to meet company and statutory requirements.
-) Overall management of HR/Payroll system for the site, including maintenance of the records, and continuous improvement to meet the business requirements.
Administration Responsibilities:
-) Overall management of office supplies, uniform, and personal protective equipment for the site.
-) Overall Management of other administration required.
House-keeping Responsibilities:
-) Manage the housekeeping, hygiene program for the site including organization and leading of monthly house-keeping audit according to the company requirement, recording, reporting and taking actions accordingly
Safety & Security Responsibilities:
-) Ensure the plant safety policies and systems to meet with local and company requirements, and O-I Asia Pacific guidelines.
-) Ensure the safety policies and systems are well implemented and monitored.
-) Initiate and implement company security policies to ensure the security of company property and employees.
-) Coordinate and monitor the performance of the out-sourced security company to train, develop and manage the out-sourced security team to meet company requirement
Work Experience:
More than 8 years working experience with at least 5 years in overall HR & Admin. management and 3 years in safety production management, experience in a multi-national manufacturing company or a joint venture is a must.
People Management Skills:
Very solid people management and conflict-solving skills, good demonstration of team leadership skills, able to identify HR issues in the company with a strategic view, comfortable to communicate with people at all levels with different education and family background within an organization, good people development and training skills, strong responsibility and sense of following the company rules and regulations, fair treatment to all managers and employees
