- Responsibilities:
1. Manage and following diesel engine test (short/long hot test, and cold test) in the plant
2. Understand and management diesel engine End Of Line programming (EOL) for updating software version in EOL and on test bench
3. Keeping and contacting with product engineering, suppliers and plant,.
4. Project budget estimation and project cost status maintaining;
5. Organizing all functional departments evaluate diesel engine test project feasibility study before project approval.
6. Organizing trouble shooting during the project implementation, providing professional engineering service to production.
7. Making and follow up project timing.

- Requirements:
1 Bachelor's Degree in electronics or mechatronics or similar background and / or above at least 5 years’ working experience on diesel engine test fields
2 Good knowledge in industrialization and facility equipment design with experience in software & electrical design & installation
3 Knowledge in Project management and risk management;
4 Good communication capability in the team and scope of supply definition;
5 Ability to analyze, propensity to innovate and to work to targets
6 Working hard and can take big pressure;
7 Base on Chongqing , Willing to travel to customer;
8 An overseas or multi-national enterprise engineering working experience is strongly recommended.
9 Native Chinese, Excellent English skills, Italian is a plus.
