岗位职责
1、外贸经理助理职位，在上级的领导和监督下定期完成量化的工作要求，并能独立处理和解决所负责的任务；
2、按照公司贸易业务的操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；
3、协助实施公司贸易业务的工作目标、工作计划；
4、完成上级交给的其它事务性工作。
任职资格
1、大专及以上学历，国际贸易、语言类相关专业，会CAD懂平面设计者佳；
2、了解进出口业务流程，熟悉外贸进出口业务环节；
3、具备良好的英语听说读写能力，熟练运用各种办公软件；
4、具备较好的沟通、协调及执行能力，工作踏实认真、应对快捷敏锐，责任心强。
Responsibilities
1.accomplishing quantization's under leader and supervision of higher authority at the regular intervals demands and be able to handle and resolve the responsible tasks independently;
2.according to company's trading business, operational processes and management systems in the implementation and follow-up monitoring of trade business;
3.to assist in implementation of the company's trading business objectives, work plans;
4.to complete the higher level to the work of other matters
Qualification
1.college and higher education, international trade, business English classes related fields;
2.1 years of working experience in related fields of foreign trade,
3.understand the import and export business processes, familiar with import and export business for;
4.with good command of English and Spanish learned reading and writing skills, skilled use of various office software;
5.with better communication, coordination and implementation capacity, practical work seriously and respond to quick sharp, strong sense of responsibility.
