我们的客户是一家外资铁铸件公司（欧美公司），有工厂，大概300多员工。产品主要是大型设备的铁铸件配件。
? Strategic thinker, having a long-term view on the supply industries in relation to our evolving requirements
? Technology interest: should be interested in technology and detect potential interests for the group and is open/eager to learn
? Category Management experience, both on an integrated Wuxi/Suzhou scale, but also group-wide
(needs to be introduced to the “Efficio methodology” during on-boarding)
? Project management experience: design, organization, roll-out, management and finalization
? Well organized and structured
? Analytical mind
? Relationship: able to build strategic relationships internally and externally, without being naïve
? Communication: needs to be able to communicate complex matters in a simple way (in writing and presentation)
? Languages: Spoken and written English
? Prioritize: has to be able to set priorities and focus his effort
? Negotiation skills (obviously), but not the bulldog but rather the intellectual negotiator
? Financial understanding
? Results oriented
? Attitude: open minded and having experience to work with the Western world

Requirements:
? Industry experience: +/- 7 to 10 years experience in foundry, steel making or technical environment
? Functional experience: by preference some years Supply Chain or Purchasing experience
? Education: at least Bachelor equivalent with a technical background
? People management & motivation
