Summary:
Be responsible for OSA process, including product transfer, process qualify/develop, yield analysis and improvement, HPU down.

Responsibilities:
1.Transfer OSA product line from Shanghai to Wuxi;
2.Technologists for that manufacturing subdivision. Provide leadership and mentoring for the Process Technologists to ensure tasks are completed in time.
3.Implement and develop yield improvements and perform troubleshooting of existing procedures
3.FA, process debug on floor and complete the actions;
4.Setup & review SPC
5.Write production document ( working instruction, training material /IWO/ SOP/……)
6.Coach & certificate operator and technician.

Qualifications and Experience:
1.BS or higher degree, major in Optical or Physics
2.More than 4 years R&D, NPI or manufacture engineering experience and familiar with OSA active alignment process.
3.Positive, strong problem-solving capabilities on process optimization.
4.Software: Office, Minitab ,Z-max,
5.CET4 and excellent communication skill
