Responsibilities：

1. Work with MFG/ME/IPO team to meet customer OTD by 100%

2. Work with MFG for work order release and WIP expedite and priority arrangement
3. Work with IPO and internal department to let raw material meet production requirement
4. Monitor raw material/WIP/FG status and make sure inventory turn under control
5. Coordinate with internal and outside to make WUXI/SHG service level maximum
6. Work for SO commitment and shipment arrangement.
7. Other assigned jobs

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Junior college or above
2. At least two years MRP and manufacturing production planning experience; good team work
3. Good communication skills and strong ability of conflict management
4. Familiar with MS Office software, good English in writing and speaking
5. Be familiar with SAP or other ERP system in the production planning module, familiar with Oracle preferred
